If a regulatory violation is issued within 30 calendar days of an inspection performed by our Registered Inspector, and that violation is determined to be a direct result of an error or omission made during the inspection, TanksAlot Cargo Tank Services LLC will assume financial responsibility for the cost of that specific violation.
